Below is our comprehensive guide to how we handle returns, exchanges, and order resolutions, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

Standard Collection Returns (14-Day Grace Period) For our uncustomized, standard collection pieces, we gladly offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, the artwork must remain completely unused and in its pristine original condition, secured within its original packaging alongside all included accessories. A proof of purchase is required, and we kindly ask that you reach out to our studio to receive a return authorization prior to shipping the piece back.

Bespoke Commissions & Digital Art (Final Sale) Because our custom etched glass pieces are deeply personal—bearing your specific names, dates, sacred geometry, or tailored dimensions—these bespoke creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Similarly, all digital design files (including SVGs, PNGs, and vector graphics) are considered final sale once delivered. Opened media, gift cards, and damage resulting from improper handling or normal wear fall outside our return eligibility.

Transit Integrity & Restorations (72-Hour Notice) We package our premium glass with the utmost security, but the journey to your space is occasionally unpredictable. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or there is an error in craftsmanship on our part, please contact us within 72 hours.

To expedite your restoration, kindly provide photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, and the affected item. Upon verification, we will swiftly repair, replace, or refund the piece at our discretion. In these verified instances, Ultimate Glass Etching will proudly cover the return transit costs.

The Resolution Process If you wish to initiate a return or exchange for an eligible item, please follow these serene steps:

1. Contact our studio at ultimateglasslv@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs.

2. Our client care team will respond with your personalized return instructions and authorization.

3. Repackage the item securely in its original materials to protect its journey back to us.

4. Ship the package using a trackable, insured method, and share the tracking details with our team.

We respectfully request that clients communicate with us directly regarding any concerns prior to initiating disputes with financial institutions, allowing us the opportunity to resolve the matter gracefully and efficiently.

Financial Resolution & Return Shipping Once your returned piece is received and inspected at our Las Vegas studio, we will notify you of the resolution. Approved refunds are gently routed back to your original payment method, which typically reflects within 3 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and clients are responsible for return transit fees unless the item was verified as damaged or incorrect. In certain instances, we are also happy to offer studio credit for future commissions.
