Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Company: Ultimate Glass Etching LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).
• Customer: Individual or business purchasing from us.
• Products: Physical goods (etched glass, mirrors, décor) & digital files (SVG/PNG/vector).
• Services: Sandblasting, etching, design, installation support.

2. Orders & Payment

• Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
• Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation; we may refuse any order at our discretion.
• Custom work may require a deposit or full prepayment prior to production.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Custom Orders

• Customer must provide accurate specs (sizes, materials, artwork, spellings, dates).
• Proofs provided when applicable. Post-approval changes are not possible.
• Custom items are non-refundable unless defective due to our error.
• Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Digital Downloads

• Delivered electronically after payment and are non-refundable.
• License for personal/commercial use per listing; redistribution/resale prohibited.
• Compatibility is buyer’s responsibility—review file formats (SVG/PNG/vector) prior to purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Tracked shipping with reputable carriers; risk transfers upon carrier acceptance.
• We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.
• Customer must provide an accurate address and receive the package.
• Report issues within 3 business days of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom items and digital files are generally ineligible for returns except where required by law or due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and text are owned by Ultimate Glass Etching LLC unless noted.
• No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent.
• Customer warrants rights to any submitted artwork and indemnifies us against related claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund where legally required.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted here with the revised effective date.
