Every project moves through a controlled, three-stage fabrication process.
Consultation
Review the project scope, material, dimensions, quantity, intended application, and customer goals.
Artwork Review
Review or prepare artwork, verify technical feasibility, and discuss any required adjustments before production.
Quote & Approval
Provide a detailed quotation and begin production only after final artwork and project approval.
Mask Preparation
Prepare production files, cut blasting mask, and carefully apply masking to the material.
Sandblasting & Deep Carving
Perform precision sandblasting, frosted glass, or multi-stage deep carving according to the approved design.
Inspection & Finishing
Inspect every project, clean the finished piece, remove masking, and verify quality before release.
Pickup or Coordinated Shipping
Schedule local pickup or coordinate return shipping with the customer’s preferred carrier.
Artwork Requirements
For the best production results we recommend vector artwork whenever possible (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). High-resolution raster files may also be accepted depending on the project. If artwork is not available, our team can often assist with artwork preparation before production.
Production Timeline
Production time varies depending on project complexity, quantity, material type, and current production schedule. Estimated lead times are provided with every quotation.
Flexible Handling for Local and Nationwide Projects
Local Pickup
Pickup from our Las Vegas studio is available by appointment.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Customers may deliver their own glass or materials for fabrication.
Return Shipping
Shipping can be coordinated nationwide with the customer’s preferred carrier.
Installation
We do not provide installation; finished work is prepared for pickup or shipping only.
