Deep etching physically removes material through controlled abrasive blasting, creating permanent, tactile depth. Laser engraving creates a surface-level mark. We specialize in sandblast etching and deep carving, and do not position laser engraving as universally inferior — it is a different process for different needs. Yes. Glass shops, mirror companies, glazing contractors, sign companies and other trade professionals rely on Ultimate Glass Etching for specialized sandblasting, deep carving and decorative fabrication — you supply the material, we complete the surface.

Completed work may be picked up from our Las Vegas studio by appointment. Trade clients may also deliver or coordinate shipment of approved materials to the studio.

Return transportation can be coordinated with the customer and the customer’s preferred carrier. Packaging, insurance, carrier selection, cost and responsibility are confirmed for each project before production.

Every project follows a structured production workflow including consultation, artwork review, quotation and approval, mask preparation, precision sandblasting or deep carving, quality inspection, and final pickup or coordinated shipping. Learn more about our production process.

Yes. We produce custom glassware, awards, recognition pieces and corporate gifts for employee programs, customer appreciation, events and repeat business orders.

No. We specialize in decorative sandblasting and deep glass etching. Customers or glazing contractors provide installation after fabrication is complete.

Vector artwork is preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG, TIFF and PSD files may also be suitable depending on the project. If necessary, we can often assist with artwork preparation. Contact us for artwork review.

Production time depends on project size, complexity, material, and current production schedule. Estimated lead times are provided with every quotation.

No fixed minimum applies to most custom projects. We handle everything from one-off architectural pieces to large production runs.
