Glass Signage

Custom Glass Signage for Businesses, Offices & Hospitality

Etched, frosted, and dimensional glass signs for lobbies, offices, hotels, restaurants, casinos, and commercial interiors. Custom fabricated to your approved artwork and specifications.

Permanent. Architectural. Branded.

Glass Signage That Lasts
as Long as the Building.

Custom glass signage is etched, frosted, or dimensionally carved directly into the glass surface — creating permanent identity elements that will not peel, fade, or need repainting. Ultimate Glass Etching LLC produces custom glass signs for offices, hotels, restaurants, casinos, and commercial interiors from Las Vegas.

Every sign is produced to your approved artwork and specifications. Depth, finish, and dimensional detail depend on the glass type, design complexity, and application confirmed before production begins.

Before You Submit

Artwork File Requirements

Clean, high-quality artwork produces the cleanest etched result. Before submitting your request, review the following general guidelines. Every file is reviewed individually, and we will follow up directly if adjustments are needed before quoting.

  • Vector files are preferred (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector PDF) for logos, lettering, and line-based artwork
  • High-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher at final size) if a vector file is not available
  • Text converted to outlines or curves, or the font name provided if editable text is submitted
  • Reference photos or sketches for custom or dimensional artwork concepts
  • Final dimensions, glass thickness (if known), and intended mounting location
  • Any existing brand guidelines, PMS colors, or approved logo files for identity signage

If your artwork does not meet these guidelines, we will contact you to discuss options before production. Fine detail, portrait, and dimensional artwork may require additional review — see our portfolio for examples of completed work.

How Glass Is Sourced and Delivered

Ultimate Glass Etching may source the glass depending on the project. A partner glass company or fabricator may supply it, or you — or your contractor, glazier, architect, or sign company — may supply the glass. Glass sourcing is discussed and confirmed as part of the quote process.

Installation is not provided. Our work is fabrication only — sandblasting, etching, and decorative finishing. Your installer, glazier, or sign company handles placement and mounting.

Common Questions

Custom Glass Signage: FAQ

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or vector PDF) are preferred for logos and lettering. If a vector file is not available, a high-resolution raster image works for many designs. We review every submission and will follow up if adjustments are needed.

For etched and sandblasted glass, the result is a physical texture rather than printed color, so exact color matching works differently than print. Gold leaf and color-fill options can introduce color accents. Share your brand guidelines and we will advise on what translates well to glass.

Surface frosting creates a uniform, shallow finish suited to backdrops and simple lettering. Deep carving removes more material, producing visible tactile depth for dimensional lettering and logos. The right approach depends on your design and viewing distance.

Etched and sandblasted glass can be designed to be paired with lighting by others. We produce the etched glass panel itself; lighting fixtures, wiring, and mounting for illumination are handled by your electrician or sign installer.

No. Our work is fabrication only — etching, sandblasting, and decorative finishing. Installation is handled by your glazier, contractor, or sign company.

Every sign is quoted individually based on glass dimensions, thickness, artwork complexity, etching depth, quantity, and finishing requirements. We do not publish fixed pricing because no two signs are identical.

Production timelines depend on sign complexity, artwork readiness, glass availability, etching depth, and current production schedule. Estimated timelines are provided with every quote.
