Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, or placing an order with Ultimate Glass Etching LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Business Information
Ultimate Glass Etching LLC is a custom glass etching and sandblasting company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We serve glass shops, fabricators, designers, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Ultimate Glass Etching LLC.
Products and Custom Services
Most of our products and projects are custom or made to order. Each piece is produced to the specifications provided by the customer. Because our work is created individually, availability, pricing, and lead times may vary by project.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information supplied at the time of request and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Estimates may change if project details, dimensions, materials, quantities, or artwork are revised after the quote is issued. A quote does not reserve production capacity until it is accepted and any required deposit is received.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before production begins. Final payment may be required before an order is released for pickup or shipping. Orders are not scheduled into production until required payments are received. Accepted payment methods and terms will be stated on your quote or invoice.
Design Proofs and Customer Approval
For custom and personalized work, a digital proof may be provided for your review. Production does not begin until you approve the proof in writing. By approving a proof, you confirm that all spelling, names, dates, measurements, dimensions, colors, layout, and artwork are correct. Ultimate Glass Etching LLC is not responsible for errors that appear in an approved proof.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of any artwork, logos, images, fonts, or files they provide. Low-resolution or technically unsuitable files may affect the final result or may not be usable for production. We may request revised files before proceeding.
Copyright and Trademark Responsibility
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or trademarks, you confirm that you own them or have legal permission to use and reproduce them. You agree that Ultimate Glass Etching LLC may reproduce the submitted material for the purpose of completing your order. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your project does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Customer-Supplied Glass and Materials
Some projects require the customer to provide their own glass or other materials. When materials are supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for their condition, suitability, measurements, and timely delivery. We are not responsible for defects, breakage, or variations in customer-supplied materials, or for delays caused by materials that arrive late or do not meet project requirements.
Production Times
Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by project complexity, order volume, proof approval delays, material availability, and other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate expected timelines and any changes.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Carrier delays, handling, and transit conditions are outside our control. Shipping costs, insurance, and packaging requirements will be discussed as part of your order where applicable.
Local Pickup
Completed orders may be available for local pickup in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pickup is scheduled after final payment is received. Customers are responsible for inspecting items at pickup and for safe transport once an order has been collected.
Installation
Installation is not included unless specifically agreed to in writing. When installation is not part of the agreement, the customer is responsible for safe handling, mounting, and installation of the finished product.
Cancellations
Because our work is custom and made to order, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Requests to cancel before production begins may be considered but are not guaranteed and may be subject to charges for work already performed or materials already ordered.
Returns and Refunds
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in cases of a verified production error on our part. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for standard returns. Any concerns must be raised promptly in accordance with the Damage and Claims section below.
Handmade and Material Variations
Our work is handmade and produced using sandblasting and etching processes. Minor natural variations in depth, texture, tone, frosting, and finish are normal characteristics of handmade glass and are not considered defects. Slight differences between a proof, a sample, or a screen display and the finished product may occur.
Damage and Claims
Please inspect all items promptly upon pickup or delivery. Claims for damage or discrepancies should be reported to us as soon as possible, with photographs and a description of the issue, so that we can review the matter. Reporting damage promptly helps us assist you and, where relevant, coordinate with the carrier.
Warranties
Our products are provided without any express or implied warranty beyond what is required by applicable law. We do not warrant that a product will be free from the natural variations described above, or that it is fit for a particular purpose unless we have agreed to that purpose in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Glass Etching LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Ultimate Glass Etching LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our website content without written permission. Customer-owned artwork and trademarks remain the property of the customer.
Prohibited Uses
We reserve the right to decline any project. We may refuse work that is unsafe, illegal, infringing, hateful, offensive, or technically unsuitable for our processes. We may also decline projects that we are unable to complete to an appropriate standard.
Privacy
Information you submit through our website or during a project is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and fulfill orders. We do not sell your personal information. Please review any separate privacy notice on our website for additional detail regarding how information is handled.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any matters relating to these terms will be handled in accordance with Nevada law.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, any dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
