Corporate & Hospitality

Custom Glass Projects for Hotels, Casinos & Corporate Spaces

Etched, frosted, and dimensionally carved glass for lobbies, guest rooms, gaming floors, restaurants, boardrooms, and branded corporate interiors. Produced in Las Vegas for hospitality groups, developers, general contractors, architects, and design firms.

Built for Scale

Consistent Quality.
Project After Project.

Corporate and hospitality environments demand glass that holds up to daily traffic while reinforcing brand identity — reception desks, elevator surrounds, gaming floor dividers, and feature walls all need to look precise from the first installation to the last. Ultimate Glass Etching LLC works directly with hospitality groups, corporate facilities teams, general contractors, and design firms to produce etched and sandblasted glass to approved specifications.

Every piece — whether a single boardroom panel or a multi-unit hotel corridor package — is produced to the same reviewed specification, so finishes stay consistent across the full order.

How It Works

How a Corporate or Hospitality Project Works

01

Submit Project Scope

Share drawings, dimensions, glass locations, artwork or branding requirements, and the number of units involved.

02

Specification & Feasibility Review

We review architectural drawings or design specs, confirm material suitability, and identify any adjustments needed before quoting.

03

Quote & Sample Approval

You receive pricing, production requirements, and a sample or proof for sign-off before the full order is fabricated.

04

Production & Coordinated Delivery

Glass is etched to specification, inspected, and prepared for pickup or coordinated delivery aligned to your project timeline.

Production timelines for multi-unit or phased projects depend on scope, artwork readiness, glass availability, and current production schedule. Timelines are confirmed with every quote. Learn more about our production process.

Why Ultimate Glass Etching

A Production Partner for
Hospitality & Corporate Teams

Ultimate Glass Etching LLC is a Las Vegas-based production studio working directly with hospitality groups, corporate facilities teams, general contractors, architects, and interior designers on glass packages of varying scale.

Each project is reviewed individually for material suitability, specification consistency, and coordination requirements — whether it involves a single feature piece or a phased, multi-room package.

Glass Sourcing & Logistics

How Glass Is Sourced and Delivered

Ultimate Glass Etching may source the glass depending on the project. A partner glass company, fabricator, or your general contractor may also supply it. Sourcing, transportation, and delivery responsibilities are confirmed as part of the quote process — this is especially important for multi-unit or phased hospitality packages where timing across trades matters.

Installation is not provided. Our work is fabrication only — sandblasting, etching, and decorative finishing. Your installer, glazier, or general contractor handles placement and fitting.

Eligible projects can be coordinated for customers throughout the United States. Local pickup from our Las Vegas studio is available by appointment. Shipping depends on dimensions, weight, fragility, packaging, and project scope.

Common Questions

Corporate & Hospitality Glass: FAQ

Both. We regularly coordinate directly with general contractors, architects, interior designers, and hospitality facilities teams, as well as property owners managing their own projects. Specification sheets, drawings, and approval workflows can be routed through whichever contact is managing the project.

Yes. Multi-unit orders — such as a full floor of guest room glass or a corridor signage package — are produced to a single reviewed specification and sample approval so finishes stay consistent from the first unit to the last.

Phased projects are common in hospitality and corporate work. Production schedules, delivery windows, and coordination with other trades are discussed and confirmed as part of the quote process for each phase.

Glass sourcing is confirmed as part of the quote process. Ultimate Glass Etching may source the glass, a partner fabricator may supply it, or your general contractor or glazier may provide it directly.

No. Our work is fabrication only — sandblasting, etching, and decorative finishing. Installation is coordinated by your glazier or general contractor.

Every project is quoted individually based on glass dimensions, quantity, artwork complexity, etching depth, finishing requirements, and delivery logistics. We do not publish fixed pricing because no two projects are identical.

Eligible products and projects can be coordinated for customers throughout the United States. Shipping depends on dimensions, weight, fragility, packaging, and project scope — confirmed before production. Local pickup from our Las Vegas studio is also available by appointment.
